Sharp’s 2019 National Dealer Meeting
Our President, Jim Coler, and VP of Sales, David Trokel had the opportunity to attend Sharp’s 2019 National Dealer Meeting in Las Vegas in October. Sharp is one of our highly valued partners that has always helped us bring our clients the latest in modern office technology. At the meeting, showcased new opportunities and gave their dealers a look into the future with innovative industry solutions. Jim and David had a great time mingling with Sharp executives, and even got to meet Sharp’s CEO of Americas and Chairman, Ted Kawamura. Any opportunity to grow our knowledge and learn about innovative technology to better serve our clients, is an opportunity MBS will always take!
Children’s Aid and Family Services’ Annual Fall Fundraiser: An Evening of Wine & Food
In October, David Trokel, MBS’s VP of Sales, attended Children’s Aid and Family Services’ Annual Fall Wine Night Fundraiser. Children’s Aid and Family Services is one of northern New Jersey’s leading nonprofit providers of human services and child welfare programs. They help children who don’t have families able to care for them and support children, young adults, the elderly and their families through the everyday challenges and transitions in life. They have been one of Managed Business Solutions’ customers for many years and David was very excited to support one of his favorite customers. David had a great night at the wine tasting and the MBS team loves taking any chance that we can get to support one of our loyal customers!
Saint Peter’s University Career and Internship Fair
MBS was invited to attend Saint Peter’s University Annual Fall Career and Internship Fair this year. Our VP, James Coler, and Marketing Coordinator, Alyssa Streifer, had a great time meeting so many talented students. We love getting to know young, bright college students and adding to our team of hard-working interns. Our interns provide our company with a unique perspective and an influx of new ideas. At MBS, we are always looking for great and dedicated people who can help elevate our team and company to new heights.
Oasis’ Annual Oktoberfest Fundraiser
Managed Business Solutions’ VP of Sales, David Trokel, attended Oasis’ 16th Annual Oktoberfest this fall. Oasis has been one of our customers for many years now. The proceeds from their Oktoberfest event supports the important work of Oasis: A Haven for Women and Children where education, job readiness/placement, youth development and basic needs for women and children living in poverty in Paterson, NJ are addressed. Each year 40% of the revenue raised to support the many programs of Oasis is generated from their fundraising events, so David was more than happy to support Oasis at this event. The MBS team loves being able to support our customers and grow our relationships with them by attending their fundraising events.
Community Resources’ Annual Gala
Alyssa Streifer, MBS’s Marketing Coordinator, had the pleasure of attending Community Resources’ Annual Gala. Community Resources has been a long-time customer of Managed Business Solutions, and we were happy to support their organization. Community Resources Staten Island is one of the New York City area’s largest and most experienced voluntary, not-profit, comprehensive service providers for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and/or a mental health diagnosis. At the Gala, Alyssa had the opportunity to meet their CEO, Dana MaGee. At MBS, we love having the opportunity to grow our relationships with our customers and support them in any way we can!
